Placing Orders
You can order quickly and easily online.
Step 1. Shipping Information
Please provide precise address information including city, province/territory, and postal code information. Remember to spell out the Canadian city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. We do provide worldwide shipping. After entering the “ship to” addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.
Alwan Shisha Group offers 2-4 DAY STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders.

Step 2. Payment Information
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal for orders shipping to Canada. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed.
All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Alwan Shisha. Sephora reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
Step 3. Order Review
Please review your order to ensure that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. The total price includes taxes, shipping and handling charges. This is the total cost to you – there will be no additional or other hidden charges. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time.
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with, you will see an Order Confirmation with an order number. You will also receive an e-mail with your order details.
Returns Policy
No Exchange and no returns.
Return will only be if item is damaged. This must be reported within 24 hours from the date the item is received by the customer. You need to send us a photo on alwanshishaofficial@gmail.com
All returns are subject to validation and approval at MBN Group’s discretion.
♦ For damaged items, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.
♦ For damaged items, if you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.
There is no cancellation allowed after purchase.
